Our Community Health program is rooted in the heart of our community. We build relationships with the families we serve—taking time to listen, understand their stories, and walk alongside them through both challenges and growth.
Through this work, families feel seen, supported, and connected—and together, we are building a stronger, healthier community where no one has to navigate life alone.

Community Care Day
In 2025, we hosted two Community Care Day events, bringing together partners and neighbors to support one another. During these events, we distributed 200 backpacks filled with essential items such as first aid kits and hygiene products. In collaboration with Cultivate Initiatives and Portland Bike, we also provided free showers and bike repairs to increase access to basic needs and mobility. This effort was made possible through the support of an Oregon Health Authority grant, helping us strengthen care and connection within our community.
